    Dr. Esther Lim

    Senior Physiotherapist

Esther graduated from Columbia University in 2013 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Her training in the US includes outpatient orthopedics at New York-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center, inpatient and post-operative rehabilitation at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center, and Kaiser Permanente San Jose Medical Center.

Esther worked at the world-renowned Sloan Kettering New York. Being meticulous, detail-oriented, and having a strong differential assessment are a must to thrive in this prestigious institution. Her understanding of osteoporosis, post-radiation/chemo needs in the bones and musculoskeletal system is integral to her precision in exercise prescription.

In Singapore, she worked at KKH with special training in women's health. Her understanding of the SIJ, pelvis, hip, and tailbone makes her our 'go-to' person when traditional physiotherapy techniques don't suffice.

Her invaluable experience has equipped her with a profound understanding of the intricacies of human physiology. As a former dancer, she easily identifies subtle movement deficiencies in her patients. Whether it's our cyclists with saddle soreness, our runners with leaks, our cancer patients working out in the gym, or our children whose tailbones are impacted from a fall - she is your specialist!

Esther's unwavering commitment to her patients' well-being, combined with her extensive expertise in cancer rehabilitation, musculoskeletal health, and women's health, makes her the ideal choice for anyone seeking a physiotherapist to enhance their lifestyle, recover from sports injuries, or address pelvic health concerns. Her mission is to empower her clients to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives, and she consistently achieves this goal through her dedication and expertise.
